Natalie Pilkinton for Klein ISD. A successful business leader and true conservative.
Natalie is a mom and Residential and Commercial Real Estate Investor at eXp Realty, former Vice President of Vendor Programs for Lifestyles Unlimited, a leader in the Houston area for real estate investors, and she also is the author of “Guide to Selling Your Home During a Divorce.”
As a candidate for Klein Independent School District (a non-paid position), she is concerned about the current lack of leadership that continues to adversely affect our youth and our communities. Failed policies and a lack of accountability seem to involve complicit and/or incompetent board
members who lack the will to disrupt agendas and policies that cost too much in economics and don’t deliver on excellence in education. Texas is 42 in the nation and America is 48 in the world when it comes to the #1 product our schools should be focused on—Education. It is past time to get Back to Basics (her campaign theme).
Natalie graduated from Jersey Village High School and attended University of Houston Downtown, before being called into business, where she has successfully helped thousands of her clients to benefit from her expertise and professionalism.
She started her career as a Recruiter for M. David Lowe as the youngest recruiter ever and worked with several start-up companies, learning every step of the way. She applied her entrepreneurship skills at Cahners Publishing where she ranked in the top 10 of national sales for 13 markets.
She pursued real estate after reading “Rich Dad Poor Dad” by Robert Kiyosaki and bought her first starter home at the age of 20 with her mom. She then bought a second home in 2001 and was hooked helping her investor clientele and her tenants.
At Lifestyles Unlimited, she helped build the organization nationwide over a 15 year period and worked closely with investors (passive and owner operators) to grow their business and retirement income.
Her work at Rockstar Capital has opened many more doors for her network. Her goal is to leave people in a better position.
She loves to volunteer and has volunteered at The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (2019-2021), Communities in School, AmeriCorps, the Chicano Family Center, Mentor for Spring ISD, Courtney's Crusade 2012-2016, Placed Automated Defibrillators into Schools and Former Public PTA-Hirsch Elementary President 2009, Klein Oak Boys Basketball Booster President 2018-2020, and Spring Lions AAYFDT - titles varied from team mom to Secretary 2010-2012.
She wants to earn your vote and welcomes an opportunity to speak at your church, organization, or community group.
